  • 2 medium Lemons
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Grated cheese
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • To taste - Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
    Zest one lemon and juice both. Mince garlic finely.

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
    Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  1. Reduce the heat to medium. Add remaining olive oil and garlic; sauté 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
    Whisk in lemon juice, lemon zest, chicken broth, and Dijon mustard. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
    Add grated cheese and whisk until melted and slightly thickened.
